A warm, delicious bowl of pure comfort! A favourite with both kids and kids at heart.
Makes 8 cups (2 L)
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) diced carrots
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) diced celery
- 8 cups (2 L) Epicure’s Chicken Bouillon, prepared
- 1 Epicure’s Bay Leaf
- 1/2 lb (225 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup (250 ml) fine egg noodles
- 2 tsp (10 ml) Epicure’s Parsley
Instructions
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in Epicure's Multi-Purpose Pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.
2. Stir in chicken, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes to ensure chicken is cooked.
3. Stir in noodles and simmer soup an additional 5 minutes.
4. Stir in Epicure's Parsley and serve immediately.
